Medium accessibility

Slightly difficult to reach location: very close to a variety of public transportation options with a short walk to the building entrance however the areas surrounding the building are cobblestone which makes it a bit difficult to access.
Not all works are accessible to wheelchairs: at the time of visiting although the majority of the space was easily accessible by wheelchair one installation was raised without a ramp.
Lack of online alternatives to conferences and events: Providing an alternative to in person events, such as special exhibition materials, online guided tours, social events etc.. would allow me to get a real benefit from this public institution when I am in too much pain or do not have the ability to leave my home.

Honors handicap assistance programme: I can bring a helper on my visit free of charge.
Fully accessible building: although located in an old building they have prioritized access and made renovations including an elevator to create an accessible exhibiting space
Provides seating inside exhibition space
Able to be quickly contacted by phone if I have any specific accessibility questions.
